By using Flow State ("the app", "the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms apply to all users, whether you have an account or use the app without signing in.
Flow State is a Pomodoro-based focus timer designed to help you work in structured sessions, track tasks, maintain streaks, and review your productivity history. It is a personal productivity tool — nothing more, nothing less.
You may use the timer without an account. Creating an account allows you to sync your sessions and stats across devices. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your account with others.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Accounts created with false information may be removed.

You own your data. The task names, session labels, and productivity records you create in Flow State belong to you. We do not claim any rights over your content.
By using the app with an account, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of operating the service. We do not use your data for any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
By creating an account, you will not be added to any mailing list. We do not send newsletters, product updates, or promotional emails. The only email you may receive from us is a one-time account confirmation email at sign-up, and any account-related emails you explicitly request (such as a password reset).

We aim to keep Flow State available and working well. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will aim to give notice for significant changes.
Flow State is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees that the app will be error-free, secure at all times, or meet your specific requirements. Use it at your own discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flow State and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app — including but not limited to loss of data or productivity losses.
You may stop using Flow State and delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@flowstate.app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when they were last changed. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the new terms.
